Can I buy services without becoming a member of NUSPA website?

You don’t need to be a member of NUSPA website. However, if you become a member, you will be able to check all your reservations and booking history. Also, it will be enough for you to just type your e-mail address and password for your next visit.

What is the necessary of entering my personal details in NUSPA website?

Personal details given by you (email address, mobile phone number, etc.) are the informations helping us to contact with you, and these details enable us to receive records (give as a gift) and act accordingly.

Can I give the products I buy from NUSPA website as a gift to someone else?

With the “Gift Certificates” feature offered by NUSPA web, you can give a gift to a people you want, just by entering their e-mail address. A code will be sent from NUSPA via e-mail to e-mail address that you share with us, and with this code, your friend/relative  can make a reservation for the service we offer and benefits from our privileged service, either by our website or by phone.

Can I send a gift card to the person to whom I give as a gift?

To send a gift card, you need to contact NUSPA. Also, if you want to send it via e-mail, you can log in to your account and send an e-mail or print it.

Can I return the products that I buy from NUSPA website?

You can return the products you buy from NUSPA website. You need to visit our branches in order to cancel.

What is expiration date of the products that I buy from NUSPA website?

You can use the products that you buy from NUSPA website at any time during a period of 1 year. At the end of 1 year, the product will automatically be removed from your account. Please read carefully the “Terms of Use” section to avoid suffering from such a situation.

Can I use any product that I buy from NUSPA website in any other branch?

Unfortunately, you can use our services at branch where you bought it.

What is the deadline for me to cancel any product I bought from NUSPA website?

You can cancel the service you have received from the NUSPA website within 2 weeks at the latest.

How can I make a reservation for the services that I buy from NUSPA website?

You can make a reservation for the services you bought, whenever you want, either by online or by phone.

Can I make a reservation for any service without buying them?

It is not possible to book without buying any service.

Is MAC Membership discount applicable to campaign services?

Extra discounts are not applicable to campaign services.
